再帕爾·阿不力孜，男，1961年4月出生，維吾爾族，理學(xué)博士，研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師?，F(xiàn)任中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院/北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院 院校長助理，院校及藥物研究所學(xué)術(shù)委員會委員，國家藥物及代謝產(chǎn)物分析研究中心主任。
專業(yè)及研究方向：
主要從事藥物分析及分析化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的科研，重點(diǎn)開展質(zhì)譜分析新方法、新技術(shù)及其新應(yīng)用途徑研究。例如，天然產(chǎn)物 分子鑒別以及中草藥物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)中組分群的高效、快速的分析方法研究，基于冷噴霧質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的弱鍵化合物體系、分子間非共價弱相互作用、蛋白質(zhì)構(gòu)象表征的新型分析方法研究，惡性腫瘤的代謝組學(xué)研究，新型敞開式離子化技術(shù)的研制等。
1983年畢業(yè)于新疆大學(xué)化學(xué)系；1985－1988年作為新疆第一批派赴日本留學(xué)生，在日本明星大學(xué)化學(xué)系留學(xué)，獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1988－1991年在新疆大學(xué)化學(xué)系任教，1991年被破格晉升為副教授。1991－1994年再次留學(xué)日本，1993年于日本東邦大學(xué)理學(xué)院化學(xué)系獲得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位；1993－1994年作為客座研究員，在東邦大學(xué)藥學(xué)院從事科研工作。1994－1996年在中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院藥物研究所從事博士后研究。出站后作為中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院引進(jìn)人才在藥物研究所工作至今，1997年被聘為研究員，2000年被評為博士生導(dǎo)師。其中2001年10月－2002年3月為日本科學(xué)技術(shù)振興事業(yè)團(tuán)及日本千葉大學(xué)分析中心的客座研究員。
近20年來主要從事了有機(jī)質(zhì)譜學(xué)的分析方法及應(yīng)用研究。早期在多環(huán)芳烴類分子的質(zhì)譜離子化、裂解反應(yīng)機(jī)理和結(jié)構(gòu)特征等研究中提出了一些新穎的觀點(diǎn)。在國際上首次證實(shí)了芳烴上sp2 C-H/O=C新型弱引力的存在，并提出了‘準(zhǔn)氫鍵’觀點(diǎn)，從理論上擴(kuò)展了氫鍵的覆蓋面，對揭示化學(xué)及生命體內(nèi)分子間相互作用提供了新依據(jù)。近十年來，帶領(lǐng)本課題組結(jié)合國際前沿性課題、國家中藥現(xiàn)代化以及從藥用植物中快速尋找及發(fā)現(xiàn)先導(dǎo)物的需求，在以質(zhì)譜技術(shù)為主的新分析方法、新應(yīng)用途徑等研究方面取得了一系列成果，且形成了比較明顯的研究特色。首先，將不同電離技術(shù)及其正負(fù)離子檢測模式緊密結(jié)合，重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜（MS/MS）技術(shù)，系統(tǒng)地開展了不同類型天然產(chǎn)物的質(zhì)譜行為及其與結(jié)構(gòu)特征之間的相關(guān)性研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)了一系列新穎的裂解反應(yīng)、正負(fù)離子化特征和鑒別結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)微差異或特點(diǎn)的質(zhì)譜變化規(guī)律，并在關(guān)鍵及具有難度的結(jié)構(gòu)分析方面取得了一定突破。進(jìn)一步結(jié)合MS/MS以及色譜與質(zhì)譜（如LC-MS/MS）等聯(lián)用技術(shù)，采用不同質(zhì)譜手段以及譜學(xué)信息相結(jié)合的“互補(bǔ)性”分析思路，建立了藥用植物（含中草藥物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)）復(fù)雜混合物體系組分群分析的高效、快速、微量的新穎分析方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了黃酮醇類活性提取物多組分在動物體內(nèi)整體代謝輪廓分析的LC-MS/MS方法。另外，成功地將微透析技術(shù)與LC-MS/MS相結(jié)合，建立了可觀察藥物在活體動物中動態(tài)變化的原位代謝檢測方法。還建立了檢測化合物抗氧化活性的FAB-MS及LC-MSMS新分析方法。近年來采用新型冷噴霧質(zhì)譜技術(shù)（CSI-MS）建立了可直接在線檢測不穩(wěn)定組裝體分子的動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)變化以及表征弱鍵化合物體系的分析方法，同時利用CSI-MS技術(shù)在分子間非共價弱相互作用、蛋白質(zhì)構(gòu)象表征及其酸誘導(dǎo)構(gòu)象轉(zhuǎn)化的分析方法研究中取得了新進(jìn)展。
這些年先后承擔(dān)及參加了十多項科研項目，包括國家‘973’項目子課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金項目（4項）、科技部專項和“十一五”國家重大科學(xué)研究計劃項目等。發(fā)表相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇，其中SCI收錄論文30余篇；另應(yīng)邀在國內(nèi)或國際學(xué)術(shù)會議上做大會或邀請報告十余次，參加編寫專著四部、分析化學(xué)辭典一部。已培養(yǎng)博士9名、碩士4名；在讀博士生6名、碩士生1名，博士后1名。1998年被評為北京市愛國立功標(biāo)兵；分別獲得2000年、2004年和2007年度中國分析測試協(xié)會科學(xué)技術(shù)獎（二等獎）；2004年當(dāng)選為首批“新世紀(jì)百千萬人才工程”國家級人選，2005年獲得國家政府特殊津貼，2006年被評為中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師。目前還兼任中國分析測試協(xié)會常務(wù)理事，中國物理學(xué)會質(zhì)譜分會副理事長，北京理化分析測試技術(shù)學(xué)會副理事長、北京質(zhì)譜學(xué)會理事長，日本質(zhì)譜學(xué)會海外會員；國際質(zhì)譜學(xué)雜志《Rapid Commun. Mass Spectrom.》和《J. Mass Spectrom.》以及《日本質(zhì)譜學(xué)報》、《質(zhì)譜學(xué)報》、《分析化學(xué)》、《藥學(xué)學(xué)報》、《分析試驗(yàn)室》和《分析測試學(xué)報》等期刊編委；《J. Am. Soc. Mass Spectrom.》、《J. Chromatogr.
